Motivation.

Ask me anything   My goal is to lose weight, eat healthier and exercise more. I will be starting this journey on the 1st of March and will no doubt be posting pictures of meals that I cook and anything that I find inspirational.

It’s better to do a little Training than none at all. If you can only fit in 1 training routine in a week you did something.
How long you Rest between sets is very important.
Exercising is not enough you must also eat healthy.

Now she knows she has some damn good abs.
